OUR CONDITIONS
Reservation conditions:
Deposit upon reservation: 30% of the total amount.
The reservation is confirmed as soon as we have received the deposit.
The total outstanding amount must be received 14 days before your arrival.
In case of cancellation:
The deposit (30% of the stay) is non-refundable.
Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival will be charged the full amount.
We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance in conjunction with your booking. We do not provide cancellation insurance.
Cancellation policy COVID 19:
In case of a measure of public order that makes the stay impossible, cancellation free of charge or credit note at the client's choice. For all other reasons, the normal cancellation conditions apply.
